A glam-meets-industrial space, it flows from an all-day caf\u00e9 into a buzzy drinking den, with a stunning glass-ceilinged Winter Garden full of greenery.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_to_order\"><\/span>What to order<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The eclectic menu mixes global small dishes and sharing platters with a Mancunian twist. The Show Menu, for two to share, brings grilled flatbreads, chilli-marinated olives, sweet potato hummus, crispy Korean fried chicken and the famous triple-cooked chips \u2014 plus a proper Sunday roast.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Who_its_for\"><\/span>Who it&#8217;s for<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Soft lighting and a stylish setting make it great for dates, catch-ups, afternoon tea in the Winter Garden or a lively evening that drifts into drinks.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_space\"><\/span>The space<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The halls of the former Refuge Assurance headquarters are pure Victorian swagger \u2014 red brick and terracotta outside, forests of glazed, faience-tiled pillars within.
